How does the Pollen Score work?
It's an explainable AI match score on every candidate, based on their structured skills, experience, and your role's requirements. You can see exactly which factors drove the match — no black box.
When do I actually pay?
You buy a pack up-front (Job slots + a Reveal allowance per job, valid for a set period) — there's no per-search charge. A success fee applies separately, and only when a hire is made.
What if I run out of Reveals on a job?
Each job comes with a set number of Reveals — your allowance for reaching out to candidates, and sending one uses it. The key thing: every time you give a candidate structured feedback, you earn a Reveal back on that job. So the more you engage, the more capacity you unlock — and you can always top up with another pack.
Can recruitment agencies join?
No. BeeMatchr is for direct employers only. Every company is verified via HK Business Registration and corporate domain.
Is it a subscription?
No — you buy a pack that's valid for a set period (e.g. 180 days), with no recurring charge. Top up with another pack whenever you need more capacity.
